Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! In fact, before you are injured is the best time to see a PT. We are trained at a doctorate level to identify and treat a client's movement addressing any areas that may be at risk for injury… preventing you from getting injured in the end.

  • PT Works is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. This allows us the opportunity to focus 100% of our attention and efforts on helping YOU, rather than putting our energy into battling with insurance companies. We can give you the care and experience you deserve, not just the treatment that pays the most. Period.

  • Insurance companies have very strict rules and regulations that limit what we can do during your treatment sessions. Not only that but reimbursement rates per patient are constantly being cut forcing physical therapists to see more and more people each day.

By not accepting health insurance, we are able to choose treatments based solely on what is best for the patient. This allows us the freedom to provide personalized, hands-on care, in a one-on-one setting, allowing us to get to the root of the problem sooner, ultimately saving you time and money.

Many patients have a $30–$50 copay per in-network visit. And most in-network PT clinics want to see patients two to 2-3 times a week… You could pay $90 per week in copays, or they could see us once a week for highly personalized treatment for only a little bit more.
