We take a holistic, hands-on approach to getting you out of pain. For good.

We take a no-BS approach when it comes to your care.

We will help you feel empowered, without surprise bills, drugs/surgery, or telling you to give up the activities you love! Whether you are looking to recover from an injury or improve your performance, Dr. Aubrey is here to help you move well, pain-free, achieving and even surpassing your goals! We value transparency and will let you know exactly what to expect after your initial session. How much will this cost? How long will it take until I see results? What kind of results can I expect?

At PT Works, we are passionate about showing you what it feels like to move without pain or stiffness. Our mission is to not just get you out of pain, but to keep you out of pain. Empowering you to feel strong, and confident, leading the life you imagine for yourself. We strive to change the standard when it comes to Physical Therapy.

Insurance sucks… And most treatments don’t aim to actually solve the problem. Your options consist of expensive visits with specialists, costly imaging, and invasive procedures which just waste your time and money increasing your frustration and confusion.

Are my only options medication, surgery, or a life of pain? I’m here to tell you that is not how it has to be! There is another way! What if I told you you don’t have to live with that pain and not only that but you have so much potential for movement with the right care?

At PT Works we provide 1-1 care, centered around your goals. Operating as a cash-based PT clinic, we are not bound by the strict rules & regulations set by insurance companies. This allows us the freedom to spend our time doing what’s truly best for you, eliminating your pain and getting to the root of the problem ASAP. This will save you time, money, and a TON of frustration, and ultimately save you from the healthcare rabbit hole.

Dr. Stephanie Aubrey

After a few years of working in the traditional physical therapy model which focuses on volume, she became motivated to create a new paradigm focusing more on quality of treatment in a one-on-one setting. This allows her to take a more holistic approach using a variety of modalities including dry needling, cupping, and AISTM, to improve the client's overall quality of life.

Dr. Aubrey is also part of the contributing faculty at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has been able to assist the next generation of Physical Therapy Doctors with the basics of patient interaction and skills needed to succeed in the healthcare environment. She is also the founder of The Phoenix Regiment, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing physical therapy and wellness services to first responders and veterans.
